The National Theatre Foundation lost a wonderful champion with the passing of Mrs. Carol Laxalt and we are greatly saddened by her loss.
Mrs. Laxalt cared deeply for The National Theatre and we were lucky enough to be graced with her time and attention as a stalwart Board Officer and theatre aficionado for over 40 years. She was actively involved in the renovations to The National Theatre in the early 1980’s, even helping arrange for Italian marble fit for a palace for the lobby.
Every gift to The National Theatre Foundation helps provide essential support that ensures our continued ability to care for our historic theatre and reach the community Mrs. Laxalt cared so deeply about through engaging educational and community programs.
