Refreshments
are available in the outer lobby (street level), the Helen Hayes
Gallery (up one level from the orchestra seating, down one level
from the mezzanine) and the balcony.
No food or drink is allowed in the theatre. Please finish any items
before returning to your seat and properly dispose of any wrappers, cups
or containers.
You can reserve
your intermission drinks and snacks at any bar before
the show to enjoy during the break. |
Coat Check
A small coat check is available in the main lobby, to the left of the doors as you enter. |
Restrooms
Restrooms and drinking fountains are located on the second, third and
fourth floors of the theatre, all of which are wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator located off the main lobby, to the right as you enter, for access to the restrooms. |
Lost and Found
To check on items you may have lost while at the theatre, please call (202) 628-6161 from 10 am to 6 pm,
Monday through Friday.

Emergencies
All cell phones and pagers must be turned off during the performanc. In the case of emergency, patrons can be reached at (202) 628-6165 if their seat
number has been left with babysitters or other caretakers. There is no paging system available in the theatre. |
