No discounts are available on groups for this attraction, so the prices above apply to group as well individual tickets.  Group tickets are not available for the Saturday Evening performances.

All offers are subject to availability of seating. All show times, performers and prices are subject to change. A $1.25 facility fee which funds maintenance of the National Theatre building and equipment is included in the prices shown for each ticket above. No retroactive discounts are given once tickets are purchased.

Tickets purchased through Telecharge by phone or via Internet are subject to a Service Charge ($6.00 per ticket) and a Handling Charge ($2.50 per order).  These charges do not apply to group sales

A Minimum of 20 tickets is required for a group purchase.

RUNNING TIME: Approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes, including one fifteen-minute intermission.

AGE APROPRIATE: May be inappropriate for children age 8 and under.

CHILDREN: Under four are never permitted in the mainstage theatre.

LATECOMERS:
May not be seated until a suitable break in the performance.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

DISCOUNTS:
Retroactive discounts are not made.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Photographing, videographing and audio recording is strictly prohibited, and may result in expulsion from the theatre.

TICKET PROBLEMS:   Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged for alternate performance dates or times, nor returned for refund. For questions related to delivery or other ticket problems:

WEATHER, TIME & TRANSPORTATION: The Show Must Go On. We virtually never cancel for inclement weather or other cause. Please plan accordingly. If in doubt call 202-628-6161. Due to parades, demonstrations and other events and activities, certain downtown Washington Streets and/or METRO stops may not be open. In order to insure your timely arrival at the theatre you may want to check for Closings at the following sites:

NOTE - Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed from 9th Street to 14th Street from Friday evening June 23 through Sunday evening June 25 for the National Capital Barbecue Battle.  A music stage, barricades, and many tents will be erected.  This event is expected to bring some 100,000 people into the downtown area.  Access to parking lots will be affected.  Please plan accordingly.   http://www.bbqusa.us/  Announcement of this event should not be taken to imply that other similar events, races, marches, etc., will not obstruct traffic at the times of other performances.  Please check STREET CLOSINGS above if you have travel concerns.
